About Edgware

Edgware is a suburb of North London. The area is identified in the London Plan as one of 35 major centres in Greater London. It is principally a shopping and residential area and is one of the northern termini of the Northern Line. Edgware was an ancient hamlet in the county of Middlesex. Edgware is a post town within the HA postcode area. It extends into the London Borough of Harrow to include Canons Park and Little Stanmore and into the London Borough of Brent to include part of Queensbury.
